Policy Statement

We are committed to:

  • Integrating sustainability into all aspects of our professional services.

  • Minimizing our carbon footprint through responsible office operations.

  • Continuously improving environmental performance through staff engagement, innovation, and digital transformation.

Carbon Emission Reduction Target & Current Measures

We aim to reduce office-related carbon emissions and measures already implemented or planned include:

  • Paperless workflows: All tender document reviews are conducted digitally; senior staff review documents on laptops or tablets instead of printing hardcopies.

  • Digital drawings: Staff are provided with larger monitors to view project drawings digitally, significantly reducing large-format printing.

  • Remote work tools: Staff use laptops for meetings with clients, consultants, or contractors, minimizing travel and resource consumption.

  • Cloud-based storage: Data is stored in the cloud, reducing reliance on physical servers and minimizing energy and material use for storage infrastructure.

  • Energy efficiency: Energy-efficient office equipment and lighting are used to reduce electricity consumption.
